Blue Plate Special
This painting was the signature piece for the series "Blue Plate Special". The Prospect Mountain Diner, located in Lake George, New York was one of the few remaining classic steel diners. Sadly it was lost to a fire in 2007. It has since been rebuilt with a retro "classic" style diner.
